Who is responsible

Syed Ahmad Geelani is the individual responsible for personal data handled by Veltr Studio, an independent design and development agency operating from Malaysia. Contact agency.veltr@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

The enquiry form requires your name, email address and project description so we can understand and respond to your request. Company or brand, project type and preferred timeline are optional. Without the required details, we cannot process a form enquiry. You can instead contact us by email. Please do not include identification numbers, payment details, medical information or other sensitive personal data.

We use this information to reply, clarify your needs, prepare a proposal and take steps you request before a possible project agreement. We do not automatically add enquirers to marketing lists. If we need information for another purpose, we will explain that purpose and seek permission where required.

Hosting, delivery and recipients

Netlify hosts this website and processes network and request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for delivery, security and troubleshooting. When form delivery is enabled, submissions pass through Resend to Veltr Studio’s Gmail inbox, agency.veltr@gmail.com. The form clearly indicates if online sending is unavailable. Direct email is handled by the relevant email providers.

The website application has no enquiry database. Enquiry messages may remain in email-provider systems and our correspondence. Abuse protection uses a hashed IP-based counter with a 15-minute expiry, held in server memory or Upstash Redis if configured. We do not sell enquiry data. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to professional advisers when necessary, with appropriate confidentiality.

Storage, analytics and links

We do not include advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, social-media embeds or third-party video players in the website application. Fonts and videos are served as website assets. The motion control remembers a choice for the current browser tab using session storage; Atlas interaction state is held in memory. Our Cookie Policy explains these technologies. Opening an external portfolio or social link takes you to another website with its own practices.

International processing

Hosting and email providers may process information outside Malaysia. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements, including the conditions for transfers under section 129 of the Personal Data Protection Act. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry. We do not promise that data remains in Malaysia.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only while needed to handle the discussion, manage any resulting relationship, meet applicable record-keeping duties or address disputes. No automatic deletion schedule is implemented by this website. You may ask for deletion of an enquiry; information needed for legal obligations or an ongoing matter may need to be retained, and providers may retain backups under their own policies.

The application uses server-side validation, limited input lengths, abuse controls and server-only delivery credentials. The public website uses HTTPS. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending confidential project materials through the initial enquiry form.

Your choices and requests

Email agency.veltr@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw any consent you have given, or raise a concern about processing. You may also ask us to stop using information where applicable. We may need proportionate identity checks before releasing or changing personal data, and will explain any legal limits on a request. If applicable, complaints can also be raised with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner. Any additional rights under other applicable laws remain available.

Updates

We publish changes on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing enquiry will be communicated where required. This notice describes the website’s enquiry handling; any later project may require additional terms or privacy information.
